It was developed by Caitlin Harris and is the foundation of all formation work inside Kingdom CEO Leadership.

Is Monarch Compass a journaling app or a coaching program?

Neither. It is a formation companion — a tool that helps you track, name, and understand what is forming in you over time. You record daily reflections (voice or text), complete weekly guided prompts, and receive weekly formation feedback grounded in the Monarch Framework™. There is no journaling format required and no coach on the other end. The AI is trained on the framework and routes your reflections to the right formation specialist based on where you are in the arc.

It emerged from her own formation arc and from years of working with faith-based women entrepreneurs who were capable, accomplished, and quietly running on empty.

Monarch Compass routes users to one of four AI formation specialists — Reclaim, Remember, Rooted, and Rise — based on their current arc stage and reflex pattern. Users do not self-select their specialist; the engine assigns based on formation data from daily and weekly reflections.

What does the founding member rate include?
